This vintage-inspired trucker jacket combines BEAMS’ meticulous craftsmanship with authentic denim character.

• Crease patterns are enhanced to reflect the vintage jeans that inspired the model.
• Hand-bleaching, chlorine wipes, and dyeing methods are combined to create a realistic yet distinctive finish.
• Stitching threads are cotton-wrapped—like true vintage denim—to prevent fading with repeated wear.
• Relaxed, boxy silhouette with a compact length.
• Ample room in the shoulders and chest for comfort.
• Fabric recreated by analyzing 1940s vintage denim.
• Warp threads intentionally blended with leaf residue to reproduce natural neps from old spinning and weaving methods.
• With wear, the fabric develops small dotted marks and a loom-rubbed texture.
• Rope-dyed using 100% pure indigo for a bluish, period-correct tone.
• Fabric is washed before sewing to stabilize shrinkage and achieve a soft-yet-sturdy selvedge texture reminiscent of raw denim.
